- Camelina oil is extracted from camelina seeds. Camelina oil consists of 50 to 60% unsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on cholesterol levels and also contribute to healthy skin and a shiny coat. Camelina oil is also rich in vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant to protect body cells from free radicals and has a positive effect on fat metabolism.
