The rabbit castle is already fully assembled, with the exception of the stairs, which can be easily assembled with the screws provided. It is made of solid spruce wood, as this material does not contain any harmful substances and is 100% biodegradable - it is also safe for your pet to chew on. The rodent house is glued and stabilized with short nails (approx. 19 mm). These cannot be avoided, but were only used very sparingly; the main stability of the house comes from the glue.
Hideout and Lookout
The rabbit castle is suitable for rabbits, dwarf rabbits or guinea pigs. A wide staircase leads to the upper house and the huge roof terrace, which can be used as a great view and sunbathing area. The castle has three large entrances and exits, which are connected by a corridor on the inside. The edges of the boards are rounded to prevent injuries from splintering wood or sharp edges.
When used outdoors, it is advisable to treat the wood (eg with beeswax glaze) to protect it from moisture.
