Wolves hunt their prey in the rocky mountains of North America, the arctic tundra, the mountains and forests of Europe, and the deserts and steppes of Central Asia. This provides them with meat and nutrient-rich innards, but also with vegetables, fruits, berries, roots and herbs via the stomach contents of the prey. Grains are not included here. This is how the wolf gets the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and secondary plant substances it needs. Since the wolf is the ancestor of all dogs, our Wolfsblut wet dog food is based on the natural eating habits of the wolf. It contains a lot of meat or fish combined with superfoods that contain valuable ingredients - just like in nature, without any grain. Our selection of unusual types of meat and nutrient-rich superfoods is based on the habitats of the wolf and their colorful variety of food. Wolfsblut offers every dog a species-appropriate and original diet and with its variety of varieties there is something for everyone that he can tolerate. The individual feed components of WILD DUCK SENIOR were put together with veterinarians to match the wolf's natural prey pattern and the knowledge of holistic dog nutrition for older dogs. The dry food from Wolfsblut is therefore unique and contains many superfoods.

feeding recommendation
The amount of food must be adjusted according to the age, the breed, the demands of your dog and the climatic bedding conditions. Pregnant bitches have an increased nutrient bed requirement. During the first 6 weeks of pregnancy, feed should be increased by 25%. In the 7-9 week, the bed requirement increases by up to 75%. Ideally, this amount should be spread over 2-3 meals. Your dog should always have fresh water available.
